Posner Bistro.
A former printing house, the building that now houses Up Hotel Budapest awaits Hungarian and international guests with a reimagined restaurant concept this spring. Károly Lajos Posner, the owner of the printing house, was a pioneer in the graphics and paper processing industry in the 19th century, and the bistro named after him commemorates this heritage with its renewed image. The menu is dominated by Hungarian flavors, but we also placed great emphasis on the implementation of international gastronomy trends and kitchen technology methods. Thanks to the light dishes, the atmosphere of the bistro, and the modern environment, Posner provides not only a place for guests to relax, but also a favorite meeting spot for downtown Budapest residents.
The price of the 3-Course menu is EUR 43.-/person including service charge.

Líra Terasz.
Our own café, Líra Terasz, is located in Hunyadi Square Park, opposite the hotel. As a specialty café, we place great emphasis on the coffee experience. All our coffee drinks are made from Madal’s own roasted products, a brand well-known for being the pioneer of the coffee revolution in Budapest. In the morning, we welcome our guests with pastries, sandwiches, and French breakfast, while in the afternoon and evening, we offer a limited menu from Posner Bistro. With the opening of Líra, our hotel has been expanded with a pleasant terrace where you can relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

Parking.
The hotel’s underground garage costs EUR 20 per car, per night and has only 10 parking spaces, so advance reservation is required. The garage entrance is 208 cm wide and 200 cm high.
There are 2 electric vehicle chargers in the garage (11 kW, Type 2). The charging fee is HUF 195/kWh + HUF 100 convenience fee, and the FreeCharger app is required to use them. The chargers cannot be reserved in advance.
Paid on-street parking is also available near the hotel for HUF 600 per hour on working days between 08:00 and 22:00. Parking is generally free at weekends.
Parking spaces marked in red are reserved exclusively for district residents between 18:00 and 07:00.
