The hotel is across a small square and within walking distance of many attractions - St. Stephen’s Basilica, Jewish Quarter, Andrassy ut (designer boutiques and luxury shops), City Park with Vajdahunyad Castle. The Danube is about a 25-minute walk away. The room was spotless, tastefully decorated, comfortable, appreciated the blackout curtains & comfy bed. Breakfast had plenty of options. Das Hotel macht optisch einen modernen Eindruck. Das einchecken war sehr angenehm und ging schnell. Unser Zimmer fanden wir jetzt nicht wirklich berauschend - angeblich Superior. Das Badezimmer hatte eine Badewanne mit hohem Einstieg und war sehr klein. Der Fensterausblick war zum Park, allerdings stehen davor sehr viele Container mit z.T. Lüftungs- oder Klimageräten, die man nachts hörte. Das Doppelbett war okay. Das Zimmer war sauber. Beim Frühstück ging es jeden Morgen sehr laut und unruhig zu. Kein toller Start in den Tag! Entweder kein Besteck, keine Tasse oder überhaupt keinen Platz… Die Lobby ist mit einem großen Flatscreen ausgestattet. Die integrierte Bar ist gut platziert! Das war es aber auch schon. Das Barpersonal ist nicht besonders motiviert. Man sitzt und sitzt… irgendwann kommt mal Jemand vorbei oder auch nicht! Pünktlich um 23.00 Uhr schließt die Bar! Das Licht wird ausgeschaltet, egal ob man noch seinen Cocktail trinkt… :-( Das Beste am Hotel ist eindeutig die Lage! Perfekt für Budapest…!
